    W.J. Mangold Memorial Hospital Foundation

    About Our Foundation

    The W.J. Mangold Memorial Hospital Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that was created in May 2006 for the purpose of raising funds to continue the excellent care we provide our patients.

    Why We Need Donations

    Hospital Foundations are becoming more prevalent in helping to obtain funding for technological advancements and equipment upgrades. Hospitals are having to devote more of their operating funds to direct patient care to address complex patient needs and rising healthcare costs. Our foundation helps to bridge the gap between available resources and funding needs and helps to maintain lower tax rates.

    To Donate:

    Donations can be made as general donations, either designated or undesignated; honorariums; memorials; special event fundraising, such as current building renovation projects; and naming opportunities for designated projects.

    What Your Donations Bought

    2021 Butterfly iQ Point-of-Care Ultrasound Equipment
    Three devices and 3 mini iPads were purchased for physicians in the Emergency Department and Clinic to perform up to 20 different studies to diagnose various medical conditions.

    2020-Upgraded Computer Equipment
    With changes in technology and software programs, the computers in the hospital and clinic all needed to be upgraded. The Foundation supported this project and provided the funds to bring all computers up to current standards.

    2018-X-Ray Equipment
    After over 20 years of service, it was time our X-ray arm in the hospital and ER be replaced. Thanks to you, we were able to do this in April of 2018!

    2017-New Recliners
    We were able to replace several of the recliners and guest chairs in the Hospital patient rooms, thanks to your generous donations!

    2016-New Beds
    Through the generous donations of our amazing hospital family and friends, as well as the Fundraising Dinner & Dance, the purchase of new Hospital Beds was made possible.
