o ER or Med-Surg Units or cross train for both
o $10,000 sign-on bonus
o New Compensation Structure
o Employed with Full Benefits or New Direct Contract Options
o Creative shift options: Full Time, Part-Time or PRN
o Reasonable patient to nurse ratios
• LVNs: For Cogdell Clinic in Lockney
o $5,000 sign-on bonus
o Schedule M-F, 8 am – 5 pm
o Primarily partnering with one provider
 Walk-in interviews available
