Biography:

Coming to us from Denison, TX, Dr. JoBeth Augustyniak joined WJ Mangold Memorial Hospital September 1, 2020 as an Emergency Department physician and Inpatient Hospitalist. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Louisiana Tech University in 2013, after which she completed a graduate certificate program in Health Sciences at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA before going on to complete her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017. She completed Family Medicine Residency at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX June 2020.

Throughout residency, she has had experiences in the emergency room, hospital medicine, pediatrics (inpatient/outpatient/ER/NICU), outpatient family medicine clinic, OB/GYN, ICU, surgical experiences, geriatric medicine, including several months of Hospice and Palliative care, as well as others. During the last two years of residency, she also moonlighted after hours in the local family medicine clinic, which served more as an urgent care clinic. She has brought her fresh experiences to Lockney and provides care with the knowledge of the most up to date guidelines and standards of care.

Dr. Augustyniak grew up in a small town in Louisiana. She has been married to Richard (Rich) Augustyniak for 19 years, and is a mother of two amazing children. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, spending quiet time with her two dogs, finding new restaurants, and swimming.
